**Warranty Terms and Conditions for White Dental Healthcare**

At White Dental Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring our patients' satisfaction. This document outlines the warranty terms and conditions for dental implants and crowns provided by our clinic.

**1. Warranty Coverage**

- **Implants:** The warranty duration for dental implants is specified on the bill and varies depending on the treatment received. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the implant in case of failure due to material defects or improper placement.
- **Crowns:** The warranty duration for dental crowns is specified on the bill and varies depending on the treatment received. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the crown in case of failure due to material defects or improper placement.

**2. Warranty Conditions**

- **Eligibility:** The warranty is valid for the original patient who received the treatment at White Dental Healthcare.
- **Regular Maintenance:** The patient must adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, including regular check-ups, cleanings, and any other care instructions provided by our dental professionals.
- **Oral Hygiene:** The patient must maintain good oral hygiene practices, including brushing and flossing regularly.
- **No Unauthorized Adjustments:** The warranty will be void if any modifications, adjustments, or repairs are performed by any dental professional not affiliated with White Dental Healthcare.
- **Implant Follow-Up:** The implant warranty is valid only if the patient follows the 6-month follow-up and cleaning appointments as recommended by our dental professionals.

**3. Warranty Exclusions**

The warranty does not cover the following:
- **Accidental Damage:** Damage caused by trauma, accidents, or misuse.
  - *Example:* Breakage of a tooth with a crown on it does not warrant the replacement of the crown on the new tooth because the crown itself is under warranty.
- **Natural Wear and Tear:** Normal wear and tear or damage due to natural aging of the materials.
- **Non-Compliance:** Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule or oral hygiene practices.
- **Underlying Conditions:** Issues arising from underlying medical or dental conditions not disclosed or identified prior to the treatment.
- **Additional Costs:** Doctor consultation, radiographs, re-cementations, model fabrications, temporization, transportation, and fixing charges such as re-cementation charges of 800 INR are not covered under the warranty.

**4. Claiming the Warranty**

- **Notification:** To claim the warranty, the patient must notify White Dental Healthcare as soon as any issue arises and carry the original bill and file at the time of the warranty claim.
- **Accompaniment:** The claim should be accompanied by the bill and the original damaged prosthesis. No warranty claim shall be entertained without the original prosthesis in hand.
- **Location:** The warranty claim shall be made through the clinic where the work was done.
- **Evaluation:** Our dental professionals will evaluate the condition of the implant or crown to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
- **Treatment Plan:** If the issue is covered, we will provide a treatment plan to repair or replace the implant or crown at no additional cost to the patient.

**5. Limitations of Liability**

- **Extent of Coverage:** The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the implant or crown and does not cover any associated costs, such as travel or time off work.
- **Compensation:** Our warranty ceases at the replacement of the damaged work. Compensation or any claims of any kind due to breakage of prosthesis will not be entertained.
- **Aesthetic Variations:** The appearance of the replacement prosthesis may not exactly match the initial prosthesis.
- **Fit and Function:** Warranty regarding extension, retention, occlusion, and contact is given only for the perfection of the work in the given model.

**6. Governing Law**

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad.
